Help With Your Application
Talk with colleagues and researchers
A competitive application tends to reflect a high state of knowledge about an issue, barrier, or opportunity in sustainable agriculture. We encourage you to draw on the insights of colleagues and researchers, and to find and use all the resources you can. A few websites that will help you with project research are:- Search the SARE projects data base online at www.sare.org
- Organic Farming Research Foundation at www.ofrf.org
- National Agricultural Library at www.nal.usda.gov
- contact Appropriate Technology Transfer for Rural Areas at www.attra.org to get a resource packet in your interest area
- Consulting the Guide for Applicants for background on the proposal process and the concepts of outcome funding
If you have questions about the application forms or format, contact the Northeast SARE office at 802/656-0471 or send e-mail to nesare@uvm.edu.
